Our goal is to improve the quality of life in the City of Belleville through investment in distressed neighborhoods. We acquire distressed homes, completely renovate them and ensure the homes meet or exceed all standards for health and safety. We improve neighborhoods by providing quality homes to stable, responsible home owners. By renovating distressed homes, we help to increase the value of homes in their surrounding neighborhoods and return the formerly distressed properties to the school, city, and county tax base.
