The BCDC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing Belleville neighborhoods and providing quality homes to buyers whose incomes are below 80% of the area median income, as defined by HUD.
The Belleville Community Development Corporation board is made up of a fantastic volunteer team that is dedicated to improving the housing stock and stabilizing neighborhoods in Belleville, IL
BCDC typically will have 1 or 2 projects going at a time. These houses take special attention to make sure everything is done just right. Take a look at some of our past projects to see the transformations.
