The Belleville Community Development Corporation

The BCDC is a non-profit Community Housing Development Organization dedicated to improving the housing stock and stabilizing neighborhoods in Belleville, IL. We buy and renovate distressed single family homes and make them affordable for first time home buyers. The BCDC is funded by the St. Clair County Intergovernmental Grants Department by way of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and privte donations. Our goal is to improve the quality of life in the City of Belleville through advocacy, and investment in distressed neighborhoods.

The BCDC is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to revitalizing Belleville neighborhoods and providing quality homes to buyers whose incomes are below 80% of the area median income, as defined by HUD.

We are currently accepting contractor bids for our next single family home rehab project! Contractor must be lead paint certified and have an Illinois roofing license. For details email admin@bellevillecdc.org Deadline for responses is November 24, 2021.
